Facca plans, designs, and executes the majority of our structural erections in house. Our fleet of mobile and crawler cranes combined with the experience and capability of over a dozen skilled and licenced (Red Seal Branch 1 - 339A) crane operators allows Facca to plan, design and execute all of our structural erections safely and efficiently.

Supplementing our crane fleet are modular barges to accommodate marine work, as well as elevated work platforms for safe and flexible crew access during erection.

We also specialize in tandem lifts of long elements. Our largest installation to date being a 30+meter, 220,000 lb bridge deck and girder supermodules during evening closures over Highway 401.

Our experience allows us to execute production erection extremely efficiently while controlling cost. An example of this efficiency was our contract for the erection of 1200+ precast NU girders on the Herb Gray Parkway in Windsor, Ontario. Utilizing our equipment and forces, in one ten-hour shift, we managed to erect and brace thirty-two 120,000 lb, 34-meter girders.
