About the Role

Perform a variety of tasks including setting forms, pour and vibrate concrete, finish concrete, strip forms in a safe manner

Pre-fab gang forms, job built stick forms, install forms and ensure quality control of formwork
Stripping and removal of concrete forms after pours
Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces and other temporary structures
Assists other workers with general labour activities when required
Be aware of changes to materials and techniques
Adapt easily to different formwork systems
Work with a variety of hand tools, power tools and equipment used in concrete construction
Experience working on heavy civil construction projects is an asset
The ability to read drawings is considered an asset
Must possess a valid drivers licence
